 “Hello, Rebecca.  How would you like to attend my school in Westchester, New York?”
 Ooh, there's a Ms. Frost on the other lobe, I'll have to call you back. :^)

          A post that makes me wonder, who designed those awful purple Hellions uniforms?

          One thing I am looking forward to is new characters. Strictly speaking, we've already seen a few new background characters. And even if there aren't any in this series, I wouldn't be disappointed. But it's been a while since we've seen JB create a new hero or villain in the Marvel Universe.

 | Well technically, the Phoenix entity, if revealed, will be a new character, Joe. While the idea had been through the ringer in the regular book with Rachel, resurrections, etc. etc., we never saw JB's take on what it might look like or how it manifests itself. I'm interested to see and read JB's ideas about the Phoenix entity since after his departure it behaved a lot like giant great white sharks after a single family in the "Jaws" movies. JB's reasoning for anything in comics has logical underpinnings even if it is still a conceit of comics and therefore never seems like a recycled idea.
 He has also teased a few pages that have minor characters so who knows what we have in store for the next few months/year. At roughly an issue per month release schedule we are in for a great 2019-2020 and possibly for a lot longer. Since there are no editorial constraints the sky is the limit. Can you imagine being at a con in a couple of years and hearing more discussion about fan fic than published comics? It could happen.

 If it’s a take on an existing concept... how is that “technically” a new character? 🤔 |

 ======================
 It wouldn't take much to upstage the X-Men franchise, directionless as they are. Every time I look they are rebooting the books.  |

 We saw the Phoenix entity in the Hidden Years, but it/she might be very different after what it/she's been through. I'm actually scared though, I would not want to go in there! :^O
