Amazing opening pages - I’m loving the architecture & engineering in this series. Also loving Cyclops visor. None of that ridiculous massive X on his head.
So glad to be able to read these stories

Time for a lil' compliment on your use of body language, in the form of Wolverine's raised finger in the Blackbird. Your characters' hands are especially expressive, as if they were an Italian family sitting at the dinner table!

Besides Cyclops' fantastic new visor (the slimmer the better!), it's really cool seeing Logan "using" his enhanced senses; sniffing the ground or pieces of grass (as in issue 1). Adds so much realism as opposed to him just standing there saying "I'm pickin somethin up with my enhanced senses"

I agree with Vinny, but for me the relaxation in Logan's right arm in that panel is what caught my eye.
Love panel one of page three with Wolverine tracking and especially the bodies being thrown everywhere on panel three.

HOW DO YOU DO IT? Last panel of page 4 is pretty obviously Magneto... from behind, from the head up. All shadowed out... and yet, he's obviously a menace, obviously a threat, and I can't even see his face!
I wish I could DREAM of that kind of drawing! Simple and oh so effective! I am loving my daily does of X-Men, but I nearly died last week from withdrawal!

Adds so much realism as opposed to him just standing there saying "I'm pickin somethin up with my enhanced senses"•• That kind of thing sprang from Shooter's insistence that the characters establish their powers as soon as possible (at extremis he used to say by page three!) and Chris using whatever scene he was writing to do so. A truly absurd example happening in "Mind Out of Time", the second half of "Days of Future Past". When the X-Men enter the Baxter Building, I had Wolverine just walk in, figuring the Sentinels, having guards posted on the perimeter, would not bother with something as trivial as a locked door. Shooter, who had previously complained about Storm's "extra power" as a lock-pick, insisted she should show that ability in that scene, so Chris scripted the page as if it was Storm entering the building first. And, of course, he used the scene to have her remembering her African background. Terry was instructed to redraw Wolverine as Storm. (He told me he was briefly tempted not to, as it struck him as funny to have Logan with Ororo's memories!)

Amazing pages... again.
Something I really appreciate: I never liked seeing an "X" on Wolverine belt.
I'm glad to see the outfits as originally drawn, each X-Men wearing his own distinctive costume (except Cyclops the first X-Man and Sprite for obvious reasons).

To be fair, I think it is safe to say they have totally missed the core of Wolverine’s character.
He became a teacher for crying out loud

Love the BKOW effect (and how it was applied between the background and the foreground characters)!
