Would that work on the Beast as well?••• Might undo the blue, but he’d still be a mutant.

“Undoing the blue” is a story I haven’t seen before! That would be interesting to see Hank’s reaction.
...well, I guess they did it back in that 80 s X-Factor comic? I don’t remember reading how that happened.

Marvel did try to de-blue Hank in X-FACTOR, but the sad fact is that, even then, he'd been the "monstrous" Beast so long most fans saw that as the norm.In HIDDEN YEARS I was going to try for both, with the transformed Hank rejoining the team from time to time, but wearing the rubber mask he'd created for himself. I even planned to have him try to keep the change secret from his team mates, at least for a while.

Great page, JB! I love the panels with Johnny and Ben. It is like you never left the book.

Yeesh -its almost starting to look like they need Phoenix just to deal with the Scarlet Witch...
Somehow though, I don't think Lillandra would now be very conducive to that in her current state

The small details continue to impress -- Wonder Man's arm through the screen door; the railing over the stairs as he emerges from the house; the ornate building in Manhattan.
The big stuff is just as good though! Johnny Storm tumbling head over heels is the kind of image that classic comics artists do so well and you rarely see in other art. Drawing human anatomy with that kind of foreshortening is really hard -- you kind of take it for granted because, as I say, people like you and Gil Kane and Neal Adams (to name just a few) have done it so well over the years that you almost take it for granted. It's when I actually sit down with a pencil to do something myself that I realise how tricky it is to draw such dynamic images.

A friend and I are trying to figure out how Wanda’s powers are effecting the FF...
Is she (basically) changing the past... they were never hit with cosmic rays? If that’s not what is happening, can someone please explain?
Much thanks!

Well there you go! Another "itch" to scratch! Elsewhen Hidden Years!
(just kidding, every single panel of this project is truly an amazing gift and I wouldn't ask for more! )

Wanda alters probabilities, so the less likely it is that something will happen, the more likely it becomes.*It is EXTREMELY unlikely that Ben would spontaneously revert to human form—so that’s what happens. ———— * There is also an element of the alteration being “unlucky” for the subjects.

In the very beginning, he did just spontaneously revert a few times, didn't he?
