I did those when I was in Art College. We were all greatly enamored of the deliberately outrageous (and often tasteless) humor to be found in THE NATIONAL LAMPOON, and this was my shot at such.

I'm surprised these even still exist. They are quite large, and on regular paper. (The colors are Magic Marker.)

FF fans, note this early appearance of Karisma! (Hm, does this mean that when Marvel makes a multi-million dollar movie franchise based on this character, I can sue for ownership? Should I start spending the money now?)

Gay Guy, of course, went on to star in his own strip on the back page of the SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, on whose campus, in my day, was situated the Alberta College of Art) newspaper, THE EMORY WEAL.
